product quality devastation and leakage of individual information.
in that case some company went to bankruptcy in a week.
I live to live in United States of America and had chance to have education
of sexual harassment and power harassment.
in Japan especially, in Japanese enterprises on sexual harassment they may neglect
such a behaviour What I mean, they are very dull sense of knowledge .
many problem occurred in company and are hidden a such incident for trouble of sexual harassment under table.
Recently many people will say needs of global man power training but they have to think about sexual harassment education at first .
global citizen orientated will be far a way in Japanese society .
